About Jon Brouse

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, I am passionate about the diverse and unique neighborhoods we enjoy in the region. Ultimately, though, what attracted me to real estate was the opportunity to guide people through the biggest financial transaction and decision of their lives. Many satisfied customers later, I remain just as excited about providing great service and seeing smiling faces at the settlement table. 

As an agent, my goal is to exceed my clients’ expectations, not only facilitating successful transactions but enjoyable ones as well. I pride myself on helping clients craft their strongest possible offer, so that when we find your dream home, we can win it for you as well. In my eight years in the industry, I've been featured in Philadelphia Magazine as a top producer (2020 & 2024), closed over 70 Million in sales and have helped hundreds of satisfied clients, ranging from first time buyers to seasoned investors. 

With a background in the performing arts, as a booking agent and singer songwriter, I bring the utmost attention to detail and creativity to every stage of the buying and selling process. I studied Political Science at The George Washington University, and have called several cities throughout the U.S. home, including Tucson, New York City and Center City Philadelphia.  

When I’m not out touring homes with clients, you’ll find me hitting the running trails in Valley Forge or Wissahickon Valley Park, working on my latest soon-to-be hit song or relaxing at the Jersey Shore.
