Jon helped my husband and I buy our first home back in 2017. We were very new to the area, new to the process of buying a home, and we were so grateful that we had Jon to help us navigate this process. Jon helped us get started even before we had relocated - conducting our very first home tour by FaceTime. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. If not for Jon's negotiation savvy, I am certain that we would have been outbid on our house. Jon had very wisely suggested that we use an escalation clause (which we had never heard of before), and it was this clause that allowed us to be successful in our bid without drastically overpaying for the home. We love our home and hope to never move, but if we do we will be calling Jon Brouse!

I'm sure all buyers have their own unique issues; ours was that we were in a bit of a rush both due to market conditions and, more importantly, to the fact that we were preparing to start a family here. Jon helped us immensely with taking a big step in our lives, especially in the time he spent taking us to as many showings as possible in a short weekend. He gave us good advice and guidance as he prepared our offers, and further through the process of inspections and closing. And he was quite proactive in communicating with us and other agents as needed. I'm not sure our purchase would have gone as smoothly, or at all, if we were working with someone else.

He is phenomenal when it comes to communication and negotiations. He is the best. We wish him all success in the years to come.

What stood out immediately was that Jon listened to what we had in mind for a new home and the "must haves" we wanted. He looked intently for properties in the areas we selected and we visited many of them. We were fortunate enough to see a condo that is now our home!
